Terms & Conditions — won4d Platform Rules

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the won4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. won4d strictly prohibits participation by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activities of the type offered on won4d are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are ineligible.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold no more than one (1) registered Account on won4d. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Balances.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by won4d or by any recognized gambling-harm authority, at the time of registration or any subsequent login.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of won4d services, you must complete the registration process and successfully pass KYC verification. The following conditions apply:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. KYC Documents: Prior to the activation of withdrawal privileges, you are required to submit: (a) a clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional); (b) proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past three months); and (c) a live selfie photograph holding your KTP beside your face.
3. Verification Timeframe: won4d will endeavor to complete KYC review within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receiving complete documentation. You will be notified by email upon successful verification.
4. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify won4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
5. One Account per Person: Attempting to register more than one Account — whether using different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts without refund.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the won4d Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the Account being reviewed.
• won4d does not accept deposits made via credit cards or any cryptocurrency payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the name of the Account holder and verified through KYC. won4d will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. won4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for standard requests; complex or first-time withdrawals may require up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• won4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or requests that trigger fraud-prevention systems.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

won4d offers various promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

1. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms. As a general rule, togel (numbers lottery) and certain live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered will cause the previous bonus to be forfeited.
4. No-Abuse Policy: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies to guarantee outcome regardless of result ("arbitrage"), or exploitation of system errors — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and potential legal action.
5. Promotional Changes: won4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. All promotional decisions made by won4d are final.
6. Seasonal Promotions: won4d may run time-limited promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and the Ramadhan fasting month. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of launch.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the won4d Platform across all verticals, including sports betting, live casino, togel (numbers lottery), and slot gacor (online slots):

• Bet Finality: Once a wager is confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the User. Please review all bet details carefully before confirmation.
• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. won4d reserves the right to impose additional stake restrictions on individual accounts at its discretion.
• Event Cancellation: In the event that a sports fixture or other event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required time of play has been completed, all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the User's Account Balance.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of three (3) selections. If one or more selections within a mix parlay are voided, the parlay will be recalculated using the remaining valid selections. A single-selection result following voidance will be settled as a single bet at the relevant odds.
• Asian Handicap / Voor Bola: Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the official handicap rules published in the Platform's sports betting guide. In the event of a system error affecting odds display, won4d reserves the right to settle affected markets at the correct odds.
• RNG Games: All casino, slot, and togel game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). won4d does not influence game outcomes. Published RTP percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not constitute guarantees of individual session returns.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet result, the Platform's records shall be the definitive reference. Users wishing to raise a dispute must contact [email protected] within seven (7) days of the relevant event.

7 Responsible Gaming

won4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire user base. The following provisions apply to all Users:

• Age Enforcement: won4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the verified payment source (where feasible).
• Player Protection Tools: won4d provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options as standard Account features. These tools are available at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 7 days, maximum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion through the Platform's account settings or by contacting [email protected]. During an active self-exclusion, the User's Account will be suspended and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Problem Gambling: If you believe that your gambling behavior is becoming harmful to you or those around you, we strongly encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools and to seek independent support. Please review the won4d Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support resources.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the won4d Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and/or legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to place wagers, access Account features, or scrape Platform data.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other Users, Platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in bandar bola (illegal bookmaking) activities — i.e., acting as an unlicensed intermediary who accepts bets from third parties using a won4d Account.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another individual during the KYC process.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local statute and where you are thereby violating applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward won4d staff, support agents, or other Users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the won4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, code, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of won4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of won4d.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, won4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access where the User failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond won4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events;
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game information, or event data caused by data-feed errors from third-party providers;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms limits won4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. won4d's total aggregate liability to any User for any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

won4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account at its sole discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the User or their payment provider;
• Violation of the one-Account-per-person rule;
• Requests by regulatory or law-enforcement authorities.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than User breach, any verified Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to User breach, won4d reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to won4d's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. Users acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in their local jurisdiction and agree that it is their sole responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

13 Amendments to These Terms

won4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, won4d will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform homepage or sending an email to registered Users. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend that all Users review this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
